Family Health Partners are parents of children and youth with special health care needs who have chosen to become a part of the solution for other families. They demonstrate leadership and good collaboration skills that can benefit other families and professionals within the overall system of care, and have chosen to share that experience and knowledge with other families through the work of The Family Resource Coalition, Inc. FHP's are an integral part of the system of care for the families at Children's Medical Services (CMS) offices throughout the state of Florida. Family Health Partners work with Children's
Medical Services families and professionals to educate, advocate,
and support the system of care for children and youth with special
