As you transition into adulthood and the work force there seem to be a lot more questions than answers to everyday life. Each new situation brings a whole new collection of questions to answer and problems to solve.

This next section hopes to provide some sources for answers to the "big" questions we hear as your life changes from consumer to supplier, from responsibility to responsible.

Each link above represents a different segment of adult decision making you may face. Simply click on the banner or kiosk and jump right to your choice.

The ADL's & Daily Care link discusses how to best take care of yourself when you are independent. The Recreation & Relaxation link discusses ways to enjoy yourself responsibly as an adult.

The Education link is a discussion about different ways that education can better prepare you for your place in adult life. The Living Independently link talks about some of the things that change when you are on your own.

Clicking on the Doctors & Dentists link goes a page about helping to better manage your own health care. The Relationships & Friendships link talks about how relationships change when you enter the adult world.

Finally, there may be questions you have that are not addressed in the QNA.... feel free to use the Ask a Question link to send an email directly to FRC so we can help you to find an answer to your question. You can also sign up for the discussion boards, and talk about your concerns with others just like you.
